Can it be delivered to my hotel in Madinah or Makkah?
Yes. Choose hotel delivery at checkout and enter your hotel and stay dates. The delivery charge and timing are shown before you pay.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes. All prices include 15% VAT, and every order comes with a tax invoice.
Can I send it as a gift with a message?
Yes. Add a gift message in your bag and it is printed on a card. Prices never appear on anything the recipient sees.
Do you ship outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes, to the countries we currently ship to. The charge for your country is shown at checkout.
Who prepares the order?
Every order is prepared and packed by Al Mukarramah in Madinah.
